Coach Joy has outlined complete mind & body programs in a number of disciplines and levels of participation in the rowing disciplines for True Champion. These include a 6-week program for beginner and intermediate rowers and an 8-week program for advanced practice on the popular, indoor ergometers.
For the high school, college or club rower and coaches there is also a 30-day program for beginners in the sport, with 10-day extensions for intermediates and advanced rowers. These lessons are illustrated with graphics, which pinpoint the tasks to be mastered. With each level of participation is provided an integrative mental training component for relaxation, stroke mental practice and event rehearsals.
