    Dr. Valdes’s six to eight week tennis mind & body program provides an integrative and inclusive mental training and skills development regimen delivered in ideal sequences.

Following a precise questionnaire that provides insights into an individual’s  proclivity for tennis, the prescribed program is laid out sequentially through demonstration of an NCAA tennis champion. Physical Instruction includes specific tennis strokes, conditioning tools for personal agility and footwork patterns.
