Elite Middle Distance

    Elite Middle Distance Running is a detailed mind & body periodized  training for the track and road race distances of 800 meters, 1500  meters and mile run (1600 meters in high school) and the 5,000 meters.


    The program is intended for emerging teen-age runners of both genders  up to and through the post collegiate training cycles.It entails the time frame that begins right after cross country season and extends to the  championship outdoor season races.
