Coach Spino’s True Champion program outlines a mind & body approach cardio running programs in a variety of distances. Four programs are provided in particular levels and durations. A ten week program offered in six levels of performance creates cardio wellness and preparation for improving running and cardio abilities for popular sports is offered in both an open environment and treadmill adaption.

For those competitive runners such as high school, college and elite performers a 6 month program for optimal performance in the mile run and also in similar duration for the 5k race. Each area has a specific questionnaire providing insight into a person’s goals, and ambitions.

"In sequence with the physical running training are connecting mental training techniques in areas of visualization, guided imagery, focusing, recovery and mental event rehearsal" .
